About the role

We are looking for an experienced HRGA Manager to lead and oversee all Human Resources and General Affairs functions within our manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in driving HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that plant operations run smoothly through effective administrative and facility management support. Serving as a strategic business partner to Manufacturing and Supply Chain, the HRGA Manager will collaborate closely with operational leaders to align people strategies with production efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR and GA function at the manufacturing site, including recruitment, industrial relation, general affair and personnel administration
  • Develop and implement HR Strategies aligned with company goals and operational needs
  • Handle employee and labor union relation, including communication with government institutions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal / external audit requirement
  • Oversee GA operations: facility maintenance, company vehicles, security, housekeeping, and general administrative services.
  • Manage HRGA budgets and drive cost efficiency initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to plant management to enhance productivity and employee engagement.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HRGA, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing company.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
  • Proven experience managing interactions with government agencies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to work mobile between Tangerang and Bojonegoro.
