Willing to travel regularly between Tangerang and Bojonegoro

Tanggung Jawab:

Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR and GA functions at the manufacturing site, including recruitment, industrial relations, general affairs, and personnel administration

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and operational needs

Manage employee and labor union relations, including communication with government institutions

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal/external audit requirements

Oversee general affairs operations: facility maintenance, company vehicles, security, housekeeping, and administrative services

Manage HRGA budgets and drive cost-efficiency initiatives

Act as a strategic business partner to plant management to improve productivity and employee engagement
