We are seeking Junior Operators to join our team in Cilamaya, Karawang. As part of the Operations Department, you will be directly involved in running and monitoring the gas turbine combined cycle (CCP) systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards while supporting continuous reliability and performance.

We're Looking for You

As a Junior Operator, you will be entrusted with the frontline responsibility of safe and efficient plant operation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operate and monitor Combined Cycle Power Plant systems safely and efficiently.
  • Perform start-up, shutdown, and regulation of plant equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections, record operational data, and report abnormalities.
  • Interpret technical drawings and manuals (P&ID, logic diagrams, SOPs).
  • Support chemical system monitoring and treatment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Participate in shift handovers and maintain clear communication.
  • Assist with routine testing, water treatment, and waste management.

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in operations, preferably within a power plant or heavy industry (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply).
  • Understanding of CCP operations, water chemistry, power plant drawings, and plant terminology.
  • Ability to read and analyze logic diagrams and P&ID drawings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
  • Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work collaboratively in a high-performance team environment.
