About the role

Join PT Astrav Wisata Dunia' as a Senior Tour Operation & Quotation in our West Jakarta, Jakarta office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end tour operation and quotation process to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day tour operation and quotation activities, ensuring efficient delivery of travel packages
  2. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to negotiate rates, secure availability, and create competitive quotations
  3. Monitor and optimise tour itineraries and costing to maximise profitability
  4. Provide guidance and training to junior members of the tour operation team
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows
  6. Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate favourable terms
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant travel industry regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior tour operation or travel consultant role
  2. Proven track record in managing complex travel packages and quotations
  3. Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  5. Proficient in using travel industry software and tools
  6. Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field
