About the Role

As a Tour Consultant, you will be the main point of contact for clients seeking travel solutions. You will guide customers in creating and selecting the right tour packages, assist with bookings, and provide accurate information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. You will also coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality service, ensuring every trip is well-organized from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist customers in booking tour packages, flight tickets, hotels, and other travel services.
  2. Respond to and satisfy customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person.
  3. Develop domestic and international tour packages, including pricing, inclusions, and schedules.
  4. Stay updated on market trends, seasonal destinations, and customer preferences.
  5. Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel arrangements.
  6. Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and travel documents (vouchers, e-tickets, itineraries).
  7. Ensure smooth tour operations from preparation to client return.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum High School graduate; Diploma/Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. At least 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry (preferred).
  3. Basic understanding of itineraries, travel destinations, and reservations.
  4. Proficient in computer usage (MS Office and booking systems).
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Able to multitask and work under targets.
  7. Experience selling group tours or incentive tours.
  8. English language proficiency.
