JOOi is looking for an agile and solution-driven sales representative to join our team. The role is to drive sales growth by developing and closing deals with clients, managing inquiries from potential guests, creating attractive travel packages, and acting as a representative of the company during tours when required. The Sales Representative plays a vital role in ensuring both revenue achievement and excellent guest experience from first contact to the end of the trip.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
include but not limited to:


• Actively identify and approach potential clients, conduct presentations and pitches to promote tour products, and travel packages


• Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


• Build long-term client relationships and maintain regular follow-up to generate repeat business


• Collaborate with marketing team to convert leads from social media, website, and partner referrals


• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via but not limited to WhatsApp, email, or social media


• Excellent understanding about JOOi's vision, mission, values, and products


• Understanding of client needs and preferences to propose suitable itineraries and packages


• Prepare quotations, invoices, and confirmations


• Handle complaints or change requests with professionalism and problem-solving attitude


• Research new destinations, experiences, and trends in travel markets to give JOOi the edge in product offerings


• Continuously finding a way to enhance JOOi 's products and services


• Contribute creative ideas for themed tours, seasonal promotions, and special group programs.


• Ensure all tour descriptions and visuals are updated for marketing use.


• Lead group tours and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.


• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm during the tour.


• Manage guest experience, ensuring comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the trip.


• Provide insights, storytelling, and local knowledge to enrich guest experience.


• Handle on-site challenges, last-minute changes, and emergency support with calm leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Strong interest or passion for travel, tourism, and guest experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and building relationships with clients
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple inquiries or projects simultaneously
  • Solution-driven mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and CRM or booking systems
  • Willingness to travel and occasionally lead tours when required
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written), Other languages are a plus
