Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta for a Tour Consultant - Sales Executive at WEBUY. The role involves planning and coordinating group tours and travel itineraries, providing excellent customer support, and managing client inquiries to meet their travel needs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering customized travel solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and proactively reaching sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

Qualifications

  • Experience with travel planning, itinerary creation, and tour coordination
  • Strong sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially tools related to booking systems and databases
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Motivated and target-driven individual, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior work experience in travel, tourism, or sales is preferred
