**Salary**: up to IDR 17.5 Million per month

**Requirement**:
+ Minimum 8 years of industry experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality, with more than 3 years in a senior managerial role; demonstrated expertise in overseeing multiple departments and coordinating cross-functional projects.

+ Strategic Management: Collaborate with the CEO to develop annual work plans and performance targets, formulate growth strategies including market expansion and product innovation in the tour & travel sector, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure achievement of company objectives.

+ Operational Supervision: Ensure smooth execution of travel operations, reservations, and customer service processes while maintaining service standards in accordance with SOPs to preserve quality, and promptly address operational issues to prevent impact on customer satisfaction.

+ Sales and Marketing Management: Oversee and evaluate marketing strategies and promotional packages, monitor sales target achievements while guiding the team to meet KPIs, and initiate strategic partnerships with vendors such as hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and tourist destinations.

+ Financial Control: Ensure healthy cash flow management, including operational expenses and vendor payments, approve division budgets and monitor expenditure realization, and analyze monthly financial reports to provide recommendations to the CEO.

+ System and Process Development: Review and enhance SOPs to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, and implement monitoring systems to minimize errors in bookings, payments, and customer service.

+ Human Resources Management: Oversee staffing needs across divisions, including recruitment and team development, provide guidance and coaching to division heads to optimize team performance, and enforce workplace discipline in accordance with company policies.

+ Stakeholder Relations: Represent the company in meetings with partners, regulators, and third parties, while maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners to support business continuity.

+ Possess in-depth understanding of tour and travel operations (reservations, ticketing, itinerary management), proficient in budget management, financial analysis, and business risk management, and adept at using management tools such as Excel, ERP, CRM, or tourism software.

+ Strong leadership and cross-divisional team management skills, effective negotiation and communication, quick and precise decision-making, strategic and results-oriented thinking, problem-solving under pressure, and a customer-focused mindset.

+ Good in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business, Tourism, Hospitality or other related fields.
