About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Management & Business Analyst to join our team on a 6-month extendable contract based in Central Jakarta. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic projects, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful project execution across functions. This position requires a combination of strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and business acumen to support transformation initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation to implementation and post-project evaluation.
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Perform ROI, IRR, business value, and comparison analyses to support investment and project decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations and project documentation for management review.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues proactively to ensure project success.
  • Support business transformation and IT-related initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Finance, Management, or related fields.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

Experience:

  • 7–10 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in business transformation, IT, or process optimization projects.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Applications, Finance, and ROI (mandatory).

Technical and Professional Skills:

  • Expertise in ROI, IRR, business value, value creation, and comparison analysis.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Project, Jira, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and proactively manage challenges.
  • Skilled in creating engaging presentation materials and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Understanding of basic to advanced financial concepts is an advantage.

Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Finance-related certification is an added advantage.
