About the role

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this full-time General Manager role at PT Amreta Agro Lestari' offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation. Based in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya, this position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing overall leadership and direction for the business unit, ensuring operational excellence and delivery of key strategic objectives
  2. Developing and implementing effective business plans and budgets to drive growth and profitability
  3. Managing a team of functional leaders and overseeing the performance of multiple departments
  4. Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint
  5. Fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work culture
  6. Analysing market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
  7. Liaising with key stakeholders, including the executive team, to ensure alignment and effective communication

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (8+ years) in a senior general management or operational leadership role, ideally within the CEO & General Management industry
  2. Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering strong financial results
  3. Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  4. Strong leadership and people management capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  5. Deep understanding of the Manajer Umum/Unit Bisnis industry and its key trends and challenges
  6. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
  7. Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
  8. Working Days : Monday - Saturday, 07.00 am pm
  9. Fluent in English (Mandatory)
