Head of Corporate Information Technology/ General Manager Information Technology

Our Company is seeking for a Head of Corporate Information Technology/ General Manager Information Technology to lead IT team, placed in Fatmawati South Jakarta with following responsibilities :

Technology Implementation and Management

  • Technology evaluation: Researching and recommending new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Infrastructure management: Ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data centre.
  • Security: Implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.

Strategic Planning and Leadership

  • Developing IT strategy: Aligning IT goals with the organization's business objectives.
  • Leading IT teams: Managing and mentoring IT professionals to ensure optimal performance.
  • Budgeting: Overseeing IT budgets and allocating resources effectively.

Service Delivery and Support

  • IT service delivery: Overseeing the delivery of IT services to end-users, including help desk support and system maintenance.
  • Problem resolution: Identifying and resolving IT issues promptly.
  • Continuous improvement: Implementing processes to enhance IT service quality and efficiency

Vendor Management

  • Vendor selection: Identifying and selecting appropriate IT vendors and service providers.
  • Contract negotiation: Negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
  • Vendor performance management: Monitoring vendor performance and addressing any issues.

Project Management

  • Project oversight: Managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Risk management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT projects.
  • Stakeholder management: Communicating with stakeholders and ensuring their satisfaction with IT projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT from reputable university (master is a plus)
  • 10+ years in IT Leadership/Technology management, strong in Fullstack Developer.
  • Proven success in digital transformation, large-scale IT projects, and tech driven product development.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skill.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise IT: networks, cloud, ERP, CRM, cybersecurity, database management.
  • Hands-on experience with software development lifecycle.
    • Familiar with emerging technologies: AI/ML, IoT, Big Data, Cloud-native solutions.
