1. Administrative Business Requirement Management

 Collect and summarize service requirements in accordance with the requirements of the standardized administrative business management and service concept process, and identify relevant requirements that exceed the process and SLA framework requirements. Develop service delivery plans for individual business modules through outsourcing or in - house resources in line with the implementation requirements of standardized institutional processes to meet relatively complex customer needs. Identify improvement points in existing business models, process systems and put forward suggestions.

2. Coordinate Resource Implementation

Allocate external resources reasonably according to the implementation requirements of administrative resource management guidance documents, implement the plan, and monitor and resolve problems during the implementation process in a timely manner. Implement service plans in accordance with the company's administrative processes to meet the needs of users within the process framework. Collect local resource clues and prepare local resource development reports according to the requirements of administrative resource development guidance process documents, providing accurate information for resource development and facilitating the implementation of the plan.

3. Daily Supervision of Service Quality

Process and analyze data according to the supplier management evaluation process to evaluate the daily performance of suppliers. In practical business operations, in line with the delivery requirements of standardized administrative and general affairs services, identify, accurately extract and describe the service improvement points of suppliers based on their on - site performance, and put forward improvement ideas and suggestions as a reference for empowerment. Process and analyze data based on various forms of satisfaction results, identify problems in administrative and general affairs delivery services, and track and close the improvement loop.

4. Service Acceptance and Continuous Optimization

Review the acceptance evaluations of service deliveries at each base, conduct routine on - site inspections of the service delivery quality at each base, and summarize and analyze acceptance problems. Assist in designing local service improvement strategies based on user feedback and service satisfaction survey results.

5. Other tasks assigned by leaders.

Good communication skills; clear organization; possesses good execution ability and sense of responsibility.

Job Requirements 

1. A bachelor's degree or above is required. Graduates from well - known universities / institutions are preferred. There is no restriction on majors, but majors in administrative management, business administration, hotel management, food - related majors, architectural design, property management are preferred.

2. Experience in large - scale group enterprises, enterprises with high influence in various industries, and leading enterprises in manufacturing, new energy, international star - rated hotels, etc. is preferred.

3. Work experience in administrative management, catering and hotel management, space planning management, business travel management, conference management, general affairs management, engineering management, human resources management, etc. (possessing one of them) is required.

4. Candidates should be mainly responsible for the on - site delivery of 1 - 2 administrative and general affairs services, and the annual service satisfaction of these services should reach the target value. Or they should have participated in the preparation of new base administrative projects as a participant.

5. Candidates should have a good command of relevant knowledge such as business etiquette, reception service concepts, project management, change management, compliance and risk control, supplier management, service design and evaluation, customer relationship maintenance, and 6S quality management.

6. Candidates should possess good adaptability, effective communication skills, high - efficiency execution ability, continuous learning ability, resource allocation and coordination ability, and process execution ability.

7. Fluent communication in Mandarin (Chinese Language). Having HSK 5 certificate or above is preferred
