What Will You Do:

  • Bertanggung jawab dalam merancang strategi konten dan melaksanakan strategi content.
  • Membuat content yang menarik untuk meningkatkan traffic followers & engagement.
  • Membuat laporan berkala keseluruhan team content.
  • Mendistribusikan konten di platform media sosial.
  • Mengukur dan mengoptimalkan kinerja upaya pemasaran konten.
  • Bekerja sama erat internal team (Desainer, sales, Marketing, dan Team Konten lainnya) atau dengan external untuk menciptakan konten yang baik.
  • Kemampuan untuk menulis dengan persuasif dan mengkomunikasikan ide-ide content kepada pembaca.
  • Melakukan pembinaan dan pengembangan kinerja anak buah secara konsisten agar kinerja seluruh anggota team berada pada kondisi optimal.
  • Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja semua bidang dibawahnya, dan melakukan tindakan solutif serta perbaikan, untuk membuat kinerja terus meningkat dari waktu ke waktu.

What Will You Need:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Ilmu Komunikasi / Marketing.
  • Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang yang sama.
  • Memiliki ketertarikan di bidang fashion.
  • Kemampuan membuat konten untuk web, social media dan mengembangkan audiens.
  • Keahlian dalam pemasaran online dan manajemen konten.
  • Kemampuan untuk menulis dengan persuasif dan mengkomunikasikan ide-ide content kepada pembaca.
  • Diutamakan berdomisili di daerah Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.
  • Kreatif, inovatif, jujur dan cepat beradaptasi.
  • Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
  • Dapat berkerja secara individu maupun tim.
  • Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan.
