  • Ability to read, and understand the trends that are going on in social media world

Job Description

  • Managing Social Media team to meet overall department & company's goal
  • Manage social media programs in multiple platforms through different content pillars to acquire new audience
  • Manage social media programs in multiple platforms through different content pillars to maintain existing audience
  • Constantly analyzing, improving, developing, and innovating social media program or content to reach marketing objectives
  • Involved in marketing campaigns discussion to provide the best output within but not limited to Social Media Scope for marketing campaign
  • Develop budgeting strategies within Social Media Scope for each month
  • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Report on budgeting, target, and results
  • Bridging other marketing functions to enhance social media performance
  • Managing teams to make sure the execution of social media programs smooth
