We are looking for a creative Content Creator to join our Creative team and develop engaging content for Sparks English. This role will focus on content planning and development of compelling visuals to build our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive new student acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Producing high-quality content (static images and videos) for the brand's various paid channels as well as organic channels (think Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  2. Leading ideation and content planning for their assigned paid channel
  3. Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends, challenges, and features to inform content creation
  4. Collaborating with the Growth team to ensure content strategy alignment
  5. Analyzing content performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Communication, Design, or a related field
  2. Min. 1 year of proven experience in content creation and content planning for paid ads purposes (required)
  3. Strong proficiency in video editing (at minimum CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro are a big plus)
  4. Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management skills
  5. Possess strong customer-orientation and the desire to understand how/what our customers think and feel
