AI Content & Social Media

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented
AI Content & Social Media
to accelerate our brand's visibility and user acquisition across global markets, expert in international social media strategy and a laser focus on viral content. You will build and optimize the content engine responsible for generating high-volume, culturally resonant, and highly engaging short-form content that drives measurable growth in key international territories.

Responsibility:

International Strategy Ownership:
Define and execute the global social media content strategy, identifying priority international markets, content gaps, and platform-specific opportunities to maximize brand reach and lead generation.

Trend-to-Content Pipeline:
Establish a real-time, high-velocity process to identify emerging global and local social trends, rapidly ideate
viral concepts
, and push finalized, localized content into the market.

*
Cultural Intelligence:
Partner with marketing teams and local experts to ensure all content (copy, visuals, and concepts) is culturally sensitive, flawlessly localized, and taps into regional social media behaviors for maximum resonance.

*
Viral Content Production & Velocity
: Architect and manage the real-time "Trend-to-Content" pipeline—the core process for rapid ideation, creation, and deployment of high-potential viral concepts.

*
Social Media Management:
Oversee the daily publishing schedule and community management strategy for all international social channels (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn) and another related-marketing channels.

Requirement:

in Content Marketing or Social Media with a proven focus on
International Markets

Viral/Growth Content

* Poin plus: having experience directly managing and optimizing content production using Generative AI (LLMs and visual tools).

* Demonstrated ability to drive a
measurable business impact
(e.g., lead generation, organic traffic growth) directly from social and short-form content strategies.

* Expert knowledge of social media algorithms, content formats, and growth mechanics across platforms, with specific experience in global trend analysis.

* Exceptional prompt engineering, editorial, and copywriting skills, with a native understanding of how to adapt tone and voice for diverse cultural contexts.
