What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):

Recruitment handling:


• Recruitment end-to-end process, including conducting new employee orientation, probation review, and evaluation.

Employee management:


• Maintain employee personnel data, attendance tracking, and leave records.


• Dealt with employee issues such as attendance, absenteeism, employee disputes, and grievances, and administered disciplinary procedures.


• Manage employee permit applications and related matters, including hostel management.

HR and Other administration:


• Maintain HR letters and documentation, such as letters of offer of employment, staff memos, confirmation of employment, promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.


• Handle all HR-related matters and undertake ad-hoc tasks/projects related to HR and administrative duties as required.


• Assist in internal and external audits related to HR functions.


• Manage company vehicle records and maintenance, road tax, and insurance renewal.

Payroll process:


• Ensure the accuracy of allowances, overtime, and statutory contributions, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and PPh 21 tax.

Events organization:


• Organize staff events for staff engagement.


• Implement a company culture that aligns with the objective of the company.

HR policies:


• Analyse, develop and implement HR policies, Employee Handbook, job description, evaluation, and performance systems.


• Implement HR Standard Operating Processes and process flows.


• Draft, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with company objectives and local labour laws.

Compliance and Governance:


• Ensure company adherence to employment laws, immigration regulations, and internal policies.


• Track regulatory changes and implement necessary policy or process updates.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):


• HR Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource , preferably within the manufacturing industry.


• Educational Background: Possess a degree or higher in HR demonstrating a solid foundation in HR principles.


• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, with Mandarin language abilities being an added advantage.


• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office applications, particularly Word , Excel and PowerPoint, for daily tasks.

  • Work style: Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision.


• Interpersonal abilities: Strong communication and leadership skills are needed to interact with all staff levels effectively.


• Display good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

  • Preferable to have own transport with valid license.
