**The Assistant Manager - HR**is responsible for supporting the overall HR function in Indonesia, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and HR operations. This role acts as a bridge between employees and management to ensure a positive workplace culture, efficient HR service delivery, and alignment with company policies and business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to lead recruitment efforts for mid-level and junior positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Able to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- You need to build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and universities.
- You need to oversee HR records and databases including employee personal files, contracts, and insurance.
- You need to manage payroll processing, salary administration, leave management, and final settlements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- You need to provide HR letters, contracts, and other documentation as required.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Able to act as a key contact point for employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues promptly.
- Able to support employee development programs including training, coaching, and workshops.
- Able to conduct regular HR communication sessions to reinforce policies and company values.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, BPJS (health and employment insurance), taxation, and statutory requirements.
- Able to liaise with government agencies on HR and labor-related matters.
- You need to maintain updated knowledge of employment legislation and provide guidance to management.
- Able to support implementation of performance management systems (PMS) in line with company timelines.
- You need to assist managers in identifying training and development needs.
- Coordinate learning & development programs for employees.
- Able to support succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Promote workplace safety and well-being initiatives.
- Able to manage vendor relationships for HR services (insurance, training providers, etc.).
- Coordinating with the Global HR for the smooth Operations

**Job Qualifications**:

- You must have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- You must have a minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- You must have a strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and HR practices.
- You must have an experience in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- You must have a strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken).
