- Partner closely with project leaders to manage workforce planning, rotation, and site-level people operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for site HR issues, ensuring fair, timely, and compliant resolutions.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in HR reporting and data coordination between sites and Head Office.
- Support the rollout of new HR systems, policies, and transformation initiatives led by Group HR.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance employee experience.

- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience with exposure to multi-site or project-based environments (preferably mining, construction, or energy).
- Proven track record in managing HR operations end-to-end with strong problem-solving ability.
- Strong understanding of HR operations — payroll, attendance, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
- Proven ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure.
- Proficient in HR data management, HRIS, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with both site and Head Office teams
- Willing to occasionally visit project sites as part of operational support.
