Job Description:

Execute and supervise all HR functions, especially with high expertise in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding).
  • Build and maintain a qualified candidate database.
  • Coordinate with each department to understand manpower needs and hiring timelines.
  • Conduct basic training for new employees and support employee development programs.
  • Ensure HR administration (contracts, BPJS, attendance, payroll) is executed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain good employee relations and handle disciplinary issues and internal communication matters.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and develop the HR team to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP/HR.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced environments across Manufacturing, Technology, FMCG, startup, and logistics industries.
  • Willing to work at PIK 2 or Bandung (Rancaekek).
