The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR GA Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team at PT. NEWTON EDUCATION CENTER' in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As the HR GA Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the human resources and general administration functions of our growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the company's overall business objectives
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Manage the company's human resource information systems and ensure data integrity
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and other HR-related processes
  • Liaise with government agencies on HR and compliance matters
  • Provide HR consultation and advice to managers and employees
  • Manage the company's general administration, including facilities, IT, and office operations
  • Fluency in Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with our international stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR GA Manager role, preferably in the education or service industry
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in Mandarin both written and verbal
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
