We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **HR & GA Manager** fluent in **Mandarin and English** to lead our Human Resources and General Affairs functions in the automotive industry. This role is critical to aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational performance, and ensuring a positive and compliant workplace culture.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Design and implement training and development programs, including language and technical skills development.
- Manage compensation and benefits, including payroll processing, salary benchmarking, and vendor negotiations.
- Conduct performance management processes, support performance evaluations, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
- Address and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure HR operations, systems, and policies are efficient, up-to-date, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Supervise General Affairs (GA) functions, including facility management, company assets, and administrative support.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in a Human Resources leadership role, preferably within the **automotive industry**.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- ** Fluency in Mandarin and English**, both written and spoken, is **mandatory**.
- Familiarity with General Affairs (GA) operations is a plus.
