Sales Team Lead (Microsoft CSP Partner)

We are a fast-growing Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) helping SMB customers in Indonesia accelerate their digital transformation through Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and software licensing solutions.
As our Sales Team Lead, you'll lead and coach a team Account Executives of services and licensing while also managing your own sales portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role — perfect for someone who enjoys both closing deals and developing people. You'll guide the team to achieve sales and gross margin targets, run pipeline reviews, and collaborate closely with our pre-sales and technical teams to deliver great solutions for clients.
We're looking for a player-coach with 5–7 years of B2B IT sales experience, including at least 2 years in supervisory position, ideally in a Microsoft Partner or IT solutions environment. Strong commercial acumen, familiarity with Microsoft 365/Azure, and the ability to motivate a team in a dynamic, informal culture are key. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good English communication are important for this role.
