Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Personal Assistant to the Director. The role involves providing high-level executive administrative support, including managing the Director's diary, arranging appointments, and ensuring efficient office operations. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating meetings, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and assisting with day-to-day tasks to support the Director in achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to provide effective support to senior leadership.
  • Experience in Diary Management, including scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and coordinating travel plans.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to ensure smooth office operations and accurate documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with office software and tools; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and provide dedicated support for operational needs.
