Job Description :

  • Supplier Management: Researching and identifying suitable vendors, evaluating their offers, and managing relationships with them to secure the best terms.
  • Negotiation: Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and benefit the company.
  • Procurement Planning: Creating detailed purchase orders and managing the entire procurement process from request to delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Assessing and monitoring the quality of purchased goods and services to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Order Tracking: Tracking orders to ensure they are delivered on time and in the correct quantity and condition.
  • Cost Analysis: Performing cost analysis on potential purchases and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

  • Inventory Control: Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and maintaining appropriate stock levels.

  • Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, raw material prices, and innovative products or services.

Qualification :

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a role in the manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and act quickly.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams.
  • Working knowledge of relevant safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prefered fluent in Mandarin and English (vocal and written).
