We're looking for a
Mandarin-Speaking Purchasing Staff
to join our procurement team

In this role, you'll handle sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing activities with both local and international suppliers — especially from China.

What You'll Do:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure best price, quality, and lead time.
  • Communicate and negotiate directly with Mandarin-speaking vendors.
  • Manage Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Translate procurement documents and maintain supplier records.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Min.
    5 years of experience
    in Purchasing/Procurement.
  • Fluent in
    Mandarin
    , English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Skilled in negotiation, communication, and ERP/PO systems.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional.
