Kualifikasi

  1. Pendidikan terakhir minimal D3 atau mahasiswa/i semester 6 ke atas
  2. Kandidat yang sedang menempuh masa kuliah

dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Mahasiswa Aktif dan Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa (KTM)
3. Memahami Microsoft Excel dan dasar sistem ERP SAP
4. Memiliki kemampuan administratif, komunikatif, dan kerjasama yang baik
5. Tidak sedang dalam bekerja atau magang di perusahaan lain
6. Bersedia menjalani masa magang selama 4 bulan secara luring
7. Diutamakan domisili Batam

Tanggung Jawab

Selama magang akan bertanggung jawab:

  • Menginput jadwal pengiriman data on time loading-on time delivery (OTL-OTD), surat jalan transporter, form sirkulasi kendaraan distribusi, dan selisih picking distribusi
  • Melakukan proses Purchase Request (PR) dan MIGO pada sistem SAP yang berhubungan dengan kebutuhan internal Departemen (seperti ATK) maupun yang diberikan kepada transporter
  • Mengajukan form bon dan melakukan petty cash terhadap biaya pada mobil crossdock dan inventaris SCM
  • Melakukan penarikan tabel dari website OTF (Order to Factory) dan mencocokkan dengan data-data yang ada
  • Membuat estimasi CSV untuk dikirim ke channel DC IDM Tangerang via email
  • Membuat laporan bulanan kepada Staff Distribusi berupa report MIGO, OTL-OTD, selisih picking, dan report biaya sewa mobil crossdock
  • Membantu mengecek dokumen penjualan yang diterima dari toko melalui transporter untuk dilakukan proses Good Issue (GI) di ERP SAP untuk proses Billing dokumen
  • Melakukan input data return dari Nota Penarikan Barang untuk di Good Issue
  • Melakukan penjualan Bad Stock dari toko
