Position Title: Marketing Director / Senior Business Development Manager
Chengdu BlueStar Intelligent Exploration Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology-driven innovation company leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence to transform mineral exploration. We are committed to redefining next-generation exploration standards in key global resource regions. We are now seeking a "bridge-building" market leader for Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for Indonesia, and drive project implementation.
- Take full responsibility for building and managing relationships with Indonesian government entities and enterprises, as well as overall business development.
- Gain deep insight into client needs and industry pain points, enabling effective commercialization and deployment of advanced technologies.
- Independently lead the entire business negotiation process, design cooperation models, and ensure successful execution.
- Collect and analyze frontline market intelligence to support the company's product strategy and regional development planning.
- Indonesian nationality or holder of a long-term legal work permit; native Indonesian speaker with fluency in English.
- Academic background in mining, geology, mining engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in Indonesian mining project development, business development, or senior consulting; solid understanding of the full mining rights and exploration lifecycle.
- Strong technical comprehension with the ability to clearly articulate technical advantages and build trust with clients and partners.
- Excellent negotiation skills, strong compliance awareness, and outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
Jakarta, Indonesia (frequent travel to mine sites required).
