Easylink is a fast-growing digital remittance and financial services company. We are committed to expanding accessible and efficient payment solutions for our users through strategic collaborations with local and international partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners to expand Easylink's payment channels (banks, e-wallets, switches, aggregators, and other financial institutions).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual business growth.
  • Lead partnership negotiations, including commercial terms, pricing structures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Compliance, Legal, and Finance Operations) to ensure smooth integration and implementation of new payment channels.
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve transaction volume, success rate, and end-user experience.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities in the fintech, payment gateway, and remittance landscape.
  • Prepare regular reports on partnership pipeline, progress, and results for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in partnership, business development, or relationship management within fintech or banking.
  • Strong experience in payment gateway, remittance, or switching networks will be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
