We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented team member to develop and manage strategic partnerships with businesses that complement our lending services. This role is crucial in expanding our reach and providing valuable financial solutions to a wider audience.

What you will do :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners
  • Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities that align with our lending goals
  • Educate partners on our lending products and programs, ensuring they can effectively promote them to their clients
  • Streamline the referral process for partners and their clients
  • Proactively address partner inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship
  • Analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote our partnership program
Requirements

What we are looking for?

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of building successful business relationships
  • Strong understanding of the lending industry and various loan products (a plus)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus)
