Job Description

  • Develop And Execute Short-term And Long-term Business Strategies.
  • Manage Day-to-day Operations, Including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, And Quality Control.
  • Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Requirements (e.g., FDA) And Industry Standards.
  • Manage Budgets, Financial Forecasting, And Cost Control.
  • Lead Product Development And Innovation Efforts.
  • Create And Implement Sales And Marketing Strategies.
  • Build And Maintain Customer Relationships On A Global Scale.

Requirement

  • Extensive experience in the medical device industry for 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • International business experience is often preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry trends.
