This strategic pilot team will lead the launch of new blockbuster cardiometabolic products, build strong scientific partnerships with specialists, and accelerate hospital penetration nationwide. High-performing RPS talents will have a clear pathway toward Regional Product Manager (RPM) roles, supported by top-tier incentives, transparent KPIs, and cross-learning programs between Indonesia and Korea.
