Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Specialist in the IT industry, preferably in a distribution or principal company.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in handling various product specifications and testing methods.
  • Proven experience in IT Solutions (Software and Hardware), including Technical, Back-End Systems, and Tactical Hardware.
  • Good understanding of market and product development strategies to support sales growth.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Willing to travel as required.
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity, professionalism, and loyalty

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with principals and partners for assigned products.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, training, and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Monitor and maintain product inventory and demo units.
  • Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and technology trends.
  • Perform market and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
  • Prepare and update product sales tools such as brochures, spec sheets, presentations, comparison tables, and user guides.
  • Provide recommendations to management on product positioning and market opportunities.
