About the Role

This is a dynamic role that blends strategic leadership and operational discipline—driving daily execution, aligning teams, owning P&L, leading big decisions, and championing EOS to ensure clarity, accountability, and scalable growth for the business

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and align all Heads of Department toward unified company objectives.


• Build a culture of disciplined execution, clarity, and accountability.


• Drive daily operational rhythm including weekly L10s, quarterly planning, and KPI reviews.


• Monitor leadership performance and provide coaching to strengthen execution.


• Act as a stabilizer during cross-department tension or operational roadblocks.


• Prioritize business issues using data and ground realities to maintain traction.


• Make high-impact strategic decisions that guide company direction.


• Serve as daily decision-maker when the Visionary focuses on growth and partnerships.


• Oversee company-wide P&L to ensure healthy revenue and margins.


• Partner with Finance & Ops on budgeting, forecasting, efficiency, and compliance.


• Lead major negotiations with distributors, key vendors, and national partners.


• Champion EOS by implementing tools (Scorecard, Rocks, L10, IDS, V/TO) and ensuring organizational alignment.

Requirements


• 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience with proven success leading multi-department operations and/or full P&L ownership.


• Strong background in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or distribution is a must with working experience as a former GM/COO/Country Manager is a strong plus.


• Demonstrated mastery in LMA (Leading, Managing, Accountability) with the ability to maintain alignment and organizational stability.


• Strong strategic decision-making, complex problem-solving skills, and disciplined operational execution.


• Solid financial and business acumen, capable of balancing short-term performance with long-term growth.


• High emotional resilience, low ego, mature communication, and the ability to partner effectively with Visionary-type leader.
