Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a SaaS Sales And Marketing Specialist. The role is primarily based in Kecamatan Serpong Utara, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include driving sales efforts, developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to SaaS products, and managing client relationships. Additionally, this role entails providing customer service, training, and fostering effective communication internally and externally to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Experience in conducting and leading Training sessions for team members or customers is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and an understanding of the software industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment, coupled with excellent organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Fluent in verbal English
