Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Product Specialist – IT (Telecommunications)
located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Product Specialist will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing product-related technical support, assisting in product development and positioning, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of telecommunications solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a product expert for IT/telecommunication solutions offered by the company
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide product demonstrations, technical guidance, and pre-sales support
  • Gather and analyze market and customer feedback to support product improvements and innovation
  • Assist in the development of product documentation, training materials, and go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance and suggest optimizations
  • Support post-sales implementation and ensure customer satisfaction with the delivered solution

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of IT and telecommunications products, services, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in product lifecycle management or technical presales
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently
  • Previous experience in cloud communications, SaaS, or telecom industry is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to translate technical information into business value
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field
