Indonesian production personnel build expertise through rigorous training and hands-on experience, and outstanding talents are offered opportunities to work at our headquarters in Korea. Currently, approximately 150 Indonesian production specialists are actively working in Korea. We are seeking talented individuals to join us at the forefront of the global pharmaceutical industry, creating fast, safe, and innovative medicines.Your Role in This JourneyResponsibilities:Manage daily and weekly production schedules to ensure efficient execution of production plans.Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize deviations.Conduct aseptic worker training and on-site coaching to maintain the 4-lot production system.Oversee maintenance, validation, and qualification of production processes and key facilities.Supervise safety measures in handling botulinum strains and toxins, ensuring compliance with biosafety regulations.Manage QMS activities, including change control, root cause analysis (RCA), and CAPA implementation.Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.Participate in equipment qualification, process validation, and technology transfer activities.Collaborate with task force teams for the setup and operationalization of the new Selatox plant.Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies, specifically in biological or sterile production.Previous experience in manufacturing, laboratory, biological, or sterile product settings is preferred.Strong management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Proficiency in English is required; ability to communicate in Korean is a significant advantage.Willingness to work shifts and be placed in Cikarang.Our Commitment at Selatox[Top Treatment & Performance-based Incentive]Top-tier salary structurePerformance-based pay system : Rewards based on achievements, with promotions tied to skills and competencies.[A Growth Platform for Your Career Jump]Regular provision of specialized trainingHands-on lectures in collaboration with Korean expertsFirsthand experience of the latest K-Beauty trendsApplication of the latest Korean cosmetics[Opportunity for Global Stage Experience]Korea trip support for top performersProvision of opportunities to work in Korea for outstanding talentsLife, Work, and Everything in BetweenAt Selatox, we want to be more than just a workplace, we strive to be a place where your life finds joy and meaningful growth.
