Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Setidaknya memiliki 4 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang Plastic Injection Quality Assurance & Control
  • Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki: quality assurance, research and development, plastic injection molding
  • Handling customer claims
  • Making limit sample, verification with judgment member, skill matrix mapping
  • Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections per quality standards and inspection plans.
  • Monitor and document product quality during production runs.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and control plans.
  • Conduct visual inspections for defects such as flash, short shots, warping, and discoloration.
  • Maintain detailed inspection records and generate quality reports.
  • Assist with non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementation.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF if applicable), and customer-specific requirements.
  • Perform audits of manufacturing processes and maintain quality documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and 5S programs.
