Job Description :

  • Welcome clients and conduct initial skin/needs assessments.
  • Recommend personalized treatments/products and explain benefits, procedure steps, and aftercare.
  • Drive sales of packages and promotions; follow up proactively to hit monthly targets.
  • Record client data and progress in the CRM and schedule next visits.
  • Collaborate with doctors/therapists to deliver safe, effective treatment plans.
  • Handle first-line concerns with empathy and escalate when needed.
  • Support events, digital activations, and marketing campaigns.

Requirement :

  • Communicative, Friendly, and Sociable
  • minimum Diploma (D3) preferred.
  • Understanding of Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Beauty Clinic industry.
  • Preference will be given to those residing in the Tangerang and Serpong areas.
