Key Responsibilities
HR & People Operations – Factory
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for factory & production roles (assembler, QC, warehouse, operator, technician, etc.).
• Ensure daily attendance, overtime, shift patterns, and manpower planning are accurate and aligned with production needs (work closely with Pak Sigit & Pak Diding).
• Handle employee discipline, counseling, warning letters, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain updated employee records, contracts, KPIs, and compliance documents.
• Lead onboarding & induction for new workers (factory regulations, safety, policies).
• Monitor employee productivity, absenteeism, turnover, and recommend improvements.
General Affairs & Factory Support
• Supervise GA team (approx. 5 pax) including cleaners, security, office boys, drivers.
• Ensure factory facilities, utilities, and equipment are properly maintained.
• Oversee office supplies, factory layout needs, lockers, uniforms, and asset control.
• Manage vendor relationships related to GA services.
Payroll & Administration
• Ensure accurate attendance data, overtime calculation, shift allowance, BPJS, and payroll input.
• Coordinate with Finance/Corporate HR regarding monthly payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations and Indonesian labor law.
Safety Compliance & Regulations
• Support implementation of HSE programs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with factory rules, safety protocols, and government regulations.
• Work closely with production teams to enforce discipline and safe working behavior.
Corporate HR Support
• Assist Corporate HR on policy development, HR improvement initiatives, and company-wide HR standards.
• Contribute to HR data reporting, performance evaluation processes, and company culture building.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in HRGA within a manufacturing/factory environment (NOT office-only HR).
• Must have handled 100–300 factory workers or similar scale.
• Strong knowledge of factory HR regulations, BPJS, labor law, industrial relations, and disciplinary procedures.
• Experience in attendance systems, shift management, overtime controls, and workforce planning.
• Strong leadership skills; able to supervise and coordinate GA teams.
• Able to work under pressure, highly structured, high integrity, and proactive in solving problems.
• Preferably experienced in supporting production teams and aligning HRGA with output targets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with senior management.
