  • Menyusun dan meninjau laporan keuangan bulanan, kuartalan, dan tahunan sesuai standar akuntansi yang berlaku (PSAK).

  • Memonitor dan mengelola arus kas proyek EV Charging, termasuk pembayaran vendor, kontraktor, dan pihak ketiga.

  • Melakukan rekonsiliasi antar entitas grup dan memastikan pencatatan antar perusahaan (intercompany transaction) akurat.

  • Mengawasi proses pembayaran vendor dan memastikan kesesuaian dengan SLA, budget, dan kebijakan perusahaan.

  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim Legal, Business Development, dan Operation terkait kontrak, revenue sharing, dan cost allocation.

  • Mengelola pelaporan pajak (PPN, PPh 21/23/29) serta memastikan kepatuhan pajak sesuai ketentuan perpajakan.

  • Menyiapkan laporan keuangan berbasis proyek (project-based accounting) untuk kebutuhan manajemen dan investor.

  • Berpartisipasi dalam penyusunan kebijakan keuangan baru dan SOP internal, termasuk digitalisasi proses keuangan (ERP, workflow approval).

  • Melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan audit internal dan eksternal, serta menindaklanjuti hasil temuan audit.

  • Menyusun laporan keuangan konsolidasi apabila terdapat beberapa entitas anak perusahaan.

  • Mengembangkan kemampuan tim Finance, Accounting, dan Tax untuk meningkatkan efisiensi serta akurasi pekerjaan.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau Pajak (S2 menjadi nilai tambah).

  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Finance, Accounting, dan Tax, dengan pengalaman supervisi minimal 2 tahun.
  • Memahami sistem ERP modern (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Jurnal id, atau Zoho Books).
  • Menguasai PSAK, perpajakan, dan pelaporan keuangan berbasis proyek.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi Brevet A & B menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Berpengalaman dalam pelaporan keuangan konsolidasi dan project accounting.
  • Mampu bekerja lintas divisi (Finance, BD, Operation, HRGA, Legal, Procurement).
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, analisis, dan kepemimpinan yang baik.
