We're looking for a highly analytical and organized individual to lead our finance, tax, and accounting operations across multiple subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in taxation and corporate finance, combined with leadership experience. As an FTA Supervisor at our Holding Company, you will ensure that our financial systems remain robust, accurate, and compliant, while driving growth through effective tax planning and financial strategies.

Objectives:

  • Oversee and supervise the accounting administrative teams within several subsidiary companies, ensuring adherence to reporting and compliance standards.
  • Develop and implement tax planning and avoidance strategies that align with our company's financial goals.
  • Gain a deep understanding of corporate finance concepts like 
    Activity-Based Costing
     and 
    Financing Scenarios
    among subsidiaries, applying them effectively across the organization.
  • Maintain a close partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure the alignment of finance and tax strategies with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the 
    accounting teams
     across various subsidiary companies, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Manage all aspects of 
    tax reporting
    , ensuring full compliance with relevant tax regulations and identifying opportunities for tax planning and avoidance.
  • Support the 
    corporate finance
     function, including 
    Activity-Based Costing
     and financial modeling, to optimize financial performance across the holding and subsidiary companies.
  • Communicate financial strategies, updates, and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on 
    tax laws and regulations
    , and ensure the organization is well-positioned for compliance and tax efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in 
    tax reporting
    , 
    tax compliance
    , and 
    tax planning
    .
  • Ability to supervise and manage multiple accounting teams across different subsidiaries.
  • Proficiency or a willingness to quickly learn 
    corporate finance concepts
    , such as 
    Activity-Based Costing
     and 
    Financing Scenarios
     between subsidiaries.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and provide strategic insights to senior management.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Finance
    , 
    Accounting
    , or a related field.
  • Two or more years
     of experience in a supervisory finance, tax, or accounting role.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and delivering results within complex corporate structures.
