Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible & control daily tax invoice to provide, checking & ensure tax data are correct
  • Control & responsible transaction recording of tax reports
  • Control & responsible for e-Faktur, e-SPT monthly & annually
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax statements and reports
  • Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement effective tax control systems and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure financial stability
  • Provide tax analysis and advice on current tax issues to support decision-making
  • Responsible for monthly & annual tax reconciliation & equalization with accounting
  • Facing tax audits, objections, and appeals

Qualifications:

  • Have an educational background of Bachelor/Master's Degree in Accounting/Tax
  • 2-4 years of experience as Tax Supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws and regulations, and financial reporting
  • Experience in managing a team and working in a creative and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance software
  • Brevet AB certified is a must
  • Experienced in handling tax audits
  • Preferably from a tax consultant firm
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
