Job Title: Accounting & Tax Supervisor

Reporting to: Accounting & Tax Manager / Country Manager

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities:

1.  Accounting Supervision:

· Assist in daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

· Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

· Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation and input at accounting system

· Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.

2. Tax Management:

· Liaise with Tax Consulation for preparing and ensuring timely submission of monthly tax reports (VAT, PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2)) and other Tax Report.

· Support in monitoring updates on Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.

· Assist in the preparation of documents for tax audits, tax objections, and appeals.

· Support consultants in Transfer Pricing Documentation (TPD), Master File, and Local File.

3. Internal Controls & Compliance:

· Ensure transactions comply with company policies and internal controls.

· Support internal and external audit processes by preparing requested documents.

· Recommend improvements in accounting processes and workflows.

4. Team Leadership:

· Supervise and guide admin staff in daily work.

· Monitor task progress and ensure deadlines are met.

· Provide on-the-job training and share best practices with team members.

Qualifications :

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or professional certification such as CPA, CA, or Brevet A&B is a plus).

· Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting and taxation, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

· Solid knowledge of Indonesian Taxation Regulation and PSAK (IFRS is a plus).

· Experience with tax reporting (Coretax) and Internal/External audits.

· Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, Data Management

· Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

· Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

· Able to speak English. Mandarin is an advantage
