About the Role\
We're looking for a strategic yet hands-on leader to drive partnerships, growth experiments, and special projects under the Business team.\
You'll lead the business team while collaborating closely with the founders to explore new growth opportunities, from building strategic partnerships to testing new ideas that strengthen Finku's product adoption and impact.\

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the Business team, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving new initiatives.
  • Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, communities, and ecosystem partners to promote Finku's app and services.
  • Design and execute growth experiments to test new ideas, channels, or business models that improve monetization, user acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Tech) to align experiments and partnerships with company goals.
  • Support founders in strategic projects, including investor relations, research, and operational improvements.
  • Track and analyze performance data to evaluate outcomes, learnings, and opportunities for scaling successful initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in business operations, partnerships, or growth strategy, ideally in startup, fintech, or tech-driven companies.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, from planning to execution, with measurable impact.
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity to explore new growth levers.
  • Excellent stakeholder and team management, able to lead while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Analytical and creative mindset; comfortable experimenting and iterating quickly.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
