Job Description

  • Discover Growth Opportunities In Stockbit & Bibit For Different Segments Of Users, With A Focus On Engagement & Retention
  • Creating More Tactics To Increase Average Order Frequency Per Customer
  • Partner Closely With Other Functions To Look At Funnel Drop-offs And Changes, As Well As Competitor Funnels And Product Improvements To Build And Maintain Our Prioritized Pipeline Of Growth Opportunities
  • Conduct Analyses, Build Models And Forecasts, And To Enhance Growth Strategy
  • Translate Findings To Action Items; Present Findings To Senior Management To Drive Business And Strategic Decision-making On Feature Prioritization And Impact Analysis

Requirement

  • Have strong interest in investment and capital markets. Preferred if he/she actively invests in Indonesia Stock Exchange
  • Have a problem-solving mindset, and analytical skills with economics and business knowledge
  • Have strong project management and communication skills to manage complex projects, and liaise with internal & external stakeholders
  • Have a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Be Inquisitive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and unpredictable environment
  • Have Strong sense of ownership in your work and ability to learn and adapt
