Mission:

The Head of Quality is responsible for setting a quality management program for ensuring quality, efficiency, accuracy, reliability and compliance of the company's activities and outputs. The Head of Quality will set up parameters and measurement tools, and will analyze the processes of implementation. The Head of Quality will propose performance targets to MD as well as providing process and analytical support for improvements and the development of effective corrective actions.

This function will provide leadership, management and control over the Quality Management Systems (QMS), the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) and the Information Security Management System (ISMS); support each department to ensure that appropriate systems and implementation are in place that it achieve its objectives relating to Quality performance; ensure compliance with the company's standards by developing and conducting sustainability program including Internal Audit; act as an internal consultant for ISO Implementation; provide information related to Quality standards; and propose best practices for performance development and improvement as, with training and coaching of related parties and stakeholders.

This role is based in Jakarta and is responsible for Quality throughout the Asia region. The role reports directly to the Managing Director, and has 10 direct reports in Indonesia and the region.

Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Strategy & Development

  2. Develop and implement the company's quality strategy and annual quality roadmap.

  3. Research and introduce improved quality methodologies and tools.

  4. Team Leadership & Development

  5. Lead, train, and develop the Quality team.

  6. Manage onboarding, coaching, and performance of team members.

  7. Quality Management System (QMS)

  8. Design and implement quality management programs, KPIs, and measurement tools.

  9. Review business processes, job roles, and quality documentation.

  10. Oversee quality-related documentation and reporting.

  11. Quality Control & Internal Control

  12. Supervise screening, proofreading, editing, and operational monitoring activities.

  13. Support departments in developing processes, workflows, SOPs, and reports.

  14. Develop and monitor internal control and internal audit programs.

  15. ISO & Compliance Management

  16. Manage and maintain ISO 9001 (QMS) accreditation.

  17. Coordinate ISO audits (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO and prepare internal teams.

  18. Lead and implement ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS), including training and improvements.

  19. Compliance & Advisory

  20. Coordinate and support the Compliance Committee and Compliance Officer.

  21. Advise Management/MD on quality, internal control, and compliance matters.

  22. Report regularly on findings, risks, improvements, and corrective actions.

  23. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  24. Work with HR and department heads to set and monitor KPIs.

  25. Coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience leading a quality or compliance function.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Compliance, Business, or related fields (postgraduate training in quality is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 37001, and ISO 27001.
  • Experience in internal audit, compliance, and quality systems in multi-country environments.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong integrity, organizational skills, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work across cultures.
