Posisi ini bertugas mengelola jadwal eksekutif, menangani korespondensi, mengatur perjalanan bisnis, serta menjadi penghubung dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal. Peran ini juga mencakup dukungan dalam perencanaan rapat atau acara, serta memastikan pengingat agenda berjalan efektif.

  • Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, English Literature, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Admin or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication, time management, and confidentiality skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Manage the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and business trips.

  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal or external parties.
  • Assist in planning events or internal meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Arrange accommodation and transportation for business travel.
  • Set reminders for important agendas.
