Our Search Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in analyzing user searches and search strategy optimization to ensure a positive and safe user experience for our community.

What would I be doing?
1. Complete regular assessments relating to search quality in accordance with the evaluation of standard documents.
2. Use side-by-side methods to complete daily strategy assessment of search quality in accordance with evaluation standard documents.
3. Judging user search needs through various queries and tools, and sorting out the classification of requirements.
4. Analyze the difference between search-type results such as goods, videos, hashtags, or users and rate the quality of these results based on policies.
5. Provide ideal search results and feedback suggestions for policy improvement.
6. While it is assumed the evaluator will focus on their area of expertise, there will be occasions in which he/she will work on projects outside this core area that could require other capabilities, such as using assessment methods flexibly to support related projects.
7. Please note that this position involves exposure to potentially harmful content that includes child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult, or sexual content.

**Qualifications**:
What should I bring with me?
1. Excellent verbal and written skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
2. Knowledge about search engines, the best way to be engaged with TikTok, and familiarity with shopping apps or other local apps.
3. Excellent identifying problems, problem-solving skills, and learning abilities.
4. Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
5. Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. You have completed Bachelor's degree or above.
2. An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users.
3. Familiar with common office software, search evaluation experience is preferred.
