Our Search Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in analyzing user searches and search strategy optimization to ensure a positive and safe user experience for our community

What would I be doing?
1. Content operation & strategy optimization on the search suggestion feature for the E-commerce project
2. Focusing on the quality and safety of E-commerce content, profoundly understanding and following up on business progress, and helping product function optimization iterations
3. Working closely with the supervising departments to optimize relevant working standards of our projects
4. Please note that this position involves exposure to potentially harmful content that includes child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult, or sexual content

**Qualifications**:
What should I bring with me?
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Excellent language skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
3. Knowledge about search engines and familiarity with shopping apps or other local apps
4. An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users
5. Familiar with common office software
6. Excellent skills in identifying problems, problem-solving skills, and learning abilities
7. Good experience/skills in cross-team communication and a sense of project ownership
